We deliver to each destination in italy and to the following foreign countries at the moment:
austria, andorra, belgium, bulgaria, canary islands, czech republic, croatia, denmark, estonia, finland, france, germany, greece, holland, hungary, island of cipro, latvia, liechtenstein, lithuania, luxembourg, malta, monaco, northern ireland, norway, polland, portugal, republic of ireland, romania, slovenia, spain (excluded balearic islands, ceuta and melilla), sweden, switzerland, united kingdom.

The cost for any shipment in italy is 8€. shipment to italy will be free for orders over 150€.
To Europe, shipping cost changes based on each country. you will see the grid with the related info before the order’s confirmation.
Please be informed that shipments for extra ue countries may have additional costs upon receipt, due to taxes of importation and/or custom duties as per each country’s regulation and laws.
All these additional fees or accessories costs will be totally paid by customer.
Once the order will be delivered to the courier, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can track your box.
For international orders it is important to note that in any case shipping time frames totally depend on your location, as well on your local customs processing times.
All orders will be processed in 1-3 days, except for the cases listed below.
Average delivery times are 1-2 days for italy (with the exception of islands that will require 1 day more) and 3-4 days for european countries.
Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
All the orders received after 12pm will be processed the day after.
Orders placed on any non-working day will be processed as soon as possible, on the following working days.
In the case pink pampas shop will be closed for any vacation period or any other reason, you will be informed by email or through the website, but you will always be entitled to place your order and it will be processed and shipped to you as soon as we will re-open the shop.
At your order’s delivery we reccomend you to check the package with care before signing for it with the courier.
By signing you accept the receipt of the box as it is.
If the box shows any irregularity or if it looks as broken or damaged in any manner we kindly reccomend you to accept delivery “with reserve”.
We also recommend you to provide us with a reliable address to ship the order, as we will be not responsible for lost or stolen orders.
Physical addresses are preferred, as we are unable to guarantee the safety of items delivered to po boxes or parcel lockers.
Returns and changes
Please always be informed that our products are handmade by artisans, so they can differ in sizes, colors and having little irregularities in details, if compared to the pictures.
You have to manage them with care while open the box and remove the wrap.
In the event you should consider the ordered items as damaged or faulty, by 8 days from the delivery date, as per courier’s database, you can submit your claim to us, writing an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with order’s reference and including all relevant evidences and pictures.
If the claimed defect will be confirmed, once the good will be returned to us and received at our office we will proceed to send you a new item, if available, or if you prefer we will send you a credit note for the same amount of the returned good, with a validity of 6 months.
In any case the customer should find our products unsatisfactory, according to regulations of consumer code about the right to return goods (as per article 52 and followings), by noticing his intention through email address email@example.com within 14 days from delivery date, as per courier’s database, we can accept to have the good back and give a full refunding or a credit note of the same returned value to be used for a future purchase, with a validity of 6 months.
It is understood that you will be eligible for refunding or for a credit note only after we will receive all the returned goods and we will verify the perfect conditions and integrity of them.
The good must therefore be unused and put in the original packaging with original labels, in perfect conditions to be reselled and properly wrapped to be shipped, as we are unable to refund items that are damaged due to improper protection.
Further, we are not responsible for lost or damaged products being returned to us in not suitable ways.
The customer who intends to send the goods back shall wait for pink pampas’ authorization, that will be sent in a timely manner, before ship them and he will be responsible for the costs of the return.
Once the return will be authorized the customer shall provide pink pampas in a timely manner with shipment’s tracking number through email related to all the returned goods.
We will credit the original payment method according to the processing time of your bank, within few days from the verification of all the returned goods.
